Nicole Hart began dancing at the age of three. By the time she was seven years old she began competing across the United States in various competitions and conventions. Throughout her competition years she was recognized as one of the top dancers winning numerous awards, scholarships and titles. In 1995, she was chosen to perform as a soloist at PNC Bank center. In 1997, she was chosen to be in an instructional video for well known New York City jazz teacher Sheila Barker. Nicole was also chosen to perform at Lincoln Centers Dance Week. After graduating high school in 1999, she went on to study dance at Marymount Manhattan College. While attending Marymount she studied with professional dancers of all genres of dance. She was also a member of the Marymount Manhattan College dance company which performed all throughout N.Y.C. In 2001, Nicole graduated with a B.F.A in Dance. Her passion is dance and has always loved teaching children, which is what brought her back to the Performing Arts Academy family.
