PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY

Katy Spreadbury is dancer/teacher/choreographer who trained at the Diane Kelley Dance Studios from the age of nine to seventeen. As a young dancer, Katy received numerous accolades for her talent as a both a performer and choreographer. Some of her awards include: Miss Dance of America 2001, America's Young Choreographer of the Year 2000, America's Dancer of the Year 1999, and the Future Star Award 2000 sponsored by Dance Spirit Magazine. After high school, Katy continued on to Holy Cross College where she was a Dana Scholar who graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English and a concentration in pre-medical studies. Katy currently resides in New York City and can be found touring the country as a teacher for L.A. Dance Magic convention.
